Withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Blackhaus E-com GmbH, Alt Großziethen 30D, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany, telephone: +49 1520 6202416, email: info@blackhausecom.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” link in the footer of our online shop. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example, by email), including information about the contents of your withdrawal notice and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Blackhaus E-com GmbH, Alt Großziethen 30D, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Note on Loopi pre-orders

Even when you have paid in full upfront, you may give notice of a statutory withdrawal before receiving the goods. Using your payment for production does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal or statutory reimbursement claims. No return shipment is necessary for withdrawal before delivery. Statutory rights relating to defects, non-delivery or delay remain unaffected.

Other statutory rights

The rules on return costs following withdrawal do not restrict your statutory rights relating to defective goods. Statutory provisions apply to legal claims relating to defects.

Voluntary returns

We do not offer an additional voluntary return policy beyond your statutory rights.
