Shipping and pre-orders

Pre-ordering Loopi

Loopi is offered as a pre-order. The full order total is payable when placing the order. The proceeds fund preparation and manufacturing of the first production run. A working prototype exists; series production is being prepared. Your statutory consumer rights remain in place.

Shipping costs and tracking

We ship with tracking. Shipping costs per parcel are:

• Germany: €7.00
• Rest of the European Union: €18.00
• Other delivery countries we offer outside the European Union: €29.00

The shipping costs stated include any applicable statutory VAT. The total shipping costs for your order will be shown before you complete your purchase. If we split an order into several parcels for organisational reasons, this will not result in any subsequent additional shipping charges for you.

Delivery countries and deadline

We deliver worldwide to the delivery countries offered during checkout.

We will deliver your pre-order from the first production run no later than 5 February 2027. This applies to Germany, the rest of the European Union and all other delivery countries we offer.

Dispatch is planned to begin around 20 January 2027. This dispatch plan does not change the agreed latest delivery date of 5 February 2027.

If a delay becomes apparent, we will inform you of the current situation and an updated dispatch plan. Your statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery remain in place. A later announcement of an updated plan does not automatically extend the agreed delivery period.

Imports into countries outside the European Union

Deliveries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges in the destination country. Unless expressly shown as included and already collected at checkout, these amounts must be paid by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier. In that case, they are not included in the shipping costs stated above.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

Pre-ordering and funding production do not restrict statutory rights of withdrawal, legal guarantee or other consumer rights. You may give notice of a statutory withdrawal before delivery. You can find our withdrawal policy, including the model withdrawal form, through the “Right of withdrawal” link in the footer of our online shop.
